Well, blink 182 have done it again! While promising to go back to their punk roots on this album, they’re half way there. With songs such as First Date and Story of a lonely guy, it seems doubtful that blink will be anything remotely like punk rock ever again. Until you listen to the other songs, those songs that heavily remind me of Dude Ranch material. Yes, I’m talking about Give me one good reason, Reckless abandon, Shut up, Online Songs amongst more.

TOYPAJ is ideal for those that want tuneful music, that remains fast and hard in parts at the same time. Let’s not forget the traditional Blink 182 humor that, despite the band members themselves inevitably maturing, the humor has not. Still as stupid and childish as ever, but strangely lung trustingly funny. After hearing F**k a dog, you’ll be gasping for breath. After one run of Mothers day, you might think twice about what your mum gets up to on that special day.

All in all, TOYPAJ is excellent. Definitely THE best in the eyes of about 80% of blink fans. All I can suggest in this review is that you buy it. And you listen to it over, and over, and over…
