Here are the following 5 steps or ladders to write a successful business plan:

1. Vision
A business plan must have a vision i.e. what is it you want to achieve. One must spend plenty of time in order to get a clear picture of your goal

2. Action
Now the second step is to direct your vision. This means to put your thinking into action. This you have to write down in your business plan about what action you will take in order to achieve your vision.

3. Results
Results refer to the actuality. You have formed the standards but result will show its realness. Therefore, write down the results you want to achieve in your business plan

4. Influence
Without help, nothing is achieved. It also implies in your business. Therefore, write down who is going to help you in your business, what are their strengths and weaknesses and how they are going to help you.

5. Caring
The final and foremost step is caring. Your business will not flourish if you will not care for it. Caring should come naturally and if it does not, then you should take positive steps to put it right!
