Linkin park – hybrid theory

March 13th 2009 | Posted by admin

I never thought I could possibly like such music. I hated Crawling, I hated One Step Closer and gosh darn it I hated Linkin Park. Now they’re one of my favorite bands. Linkin Park absolutely rock, and this album really shows it. Chester Benningtons voice is so varied, from *NSYNC to Slipknot, he really has a talent. This coupled with Mike Shinoda’s rock-rap style, it’s the perfect mixture for, well, the perfect album.

Hybrid Theory provides you with music that really will make you want to dive around and even sing along while you listen. Especially songs like Forgotten and Pushing me Away. The album also contains a track made entirely by Joseph Haan (purely instrumental, if you will), which is good, but sadly I have to say the worst song on the album.
All the songs are lyrically rich, and absolutely brilliant. This band has THE best lyrics ever (and I don’t care who writes them in this case).

Linkin Park offer a very unique musical style and, you’re either gonna love it or hate it. Either way, it’s definitely worth buying if you like fast, and soft but still hard hitting music. Check it out :)
